Returns

We strive to offer only the best quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from PunkCricket.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item. You can email us at custserv@punkcricket.com or phone 08000 191666.

 If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on Freephone 08000 191666 or emailing us at custserv@punkcricket.com - we cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.

Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you must cover the cost of the postage back to us and also the postal costs of sending the replacement item to you. The additional postal costs to be paid will need to be sent with the returned garment. If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of the postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of any return postage due. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
