The Ashes 2015: The Day Pomicide Was Committed
August 6th, 2015. A date, probably second only to August 8th, 2015, that England Cricket fans won’t forget for a long time from this year.
While England regained that Ashes on the 8th, it was the first day of the fourth test that will go down in history for an unbelievable day of cricket. Stuart Broad took his 300th test match wicket… then his 301st, 302nd, 303rd, 304th, 305th, 306th AND 307th in the very same innings – not just that, but equaled the fastest test five-wicket haul, eventually taking 8-15!
Also, Ben Stokes made a phenomenal catch – which gave us the now infamous #OhMyBroad sensation! Put together, all of this taking place in a mere 1 hour and 40 minutes saw World Champions Australia all out for just 60. It’s possibly the most dominant performance by a bowling team in Ashes history, utterly annihilating the Aussies.

Oh My Broad! Stuart’s reaction to Ben Stokes’ phenomenal catch during the fourth test of The Ashes, 2015.
What happened on that fateful day was pure Pomicide. It pretty much sealed England’s fate to regain The Ashes, and they rightly did just that 2 days later – winning the test match by an innings and 74 runs. Unbelievable stuff.
A day that no one will ever forget needs something to mark the occasion – and we never fail to deliver. Available now is the “Pomicide” T-Shirt: if you have Aussie friends/fans, now you can rub it in their face the day that wickets fell quicker than Stuart Broad’s jaw when he had to hold it in place!
Pomicide (Australia 60 All Out 6/8/15) is available as a T-Shirt, Women’s Slim Fit, Hooded Sweatshirt, Vintage T-Shirt and also in Kids’ sizes T-Shirt and Hoodie.
